Leasing Questions
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
Application fees are $65 per applicant 18 years and older occupying the apartment. We also require a $100 holding fee at the time of application. All application fees are nonrefundable. You may pay these online by credit card or in our office with a cashier’s check or money order. A $100 admin fee is due at move-in.

The resident is responsible for paying electric, trash, water, sewer, and gas expenses (if the home has a fireplace).
Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Our required security deposit ranges from $500 to the full amount of one month's rent.
Rent is due on the first of every month. A late fee of $150 will be assessed on the 6th if rent is not paid in full.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment: cats, dogs, or small animals. Breed restrictions apply. Each pet living in the apartment will require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350. There is also a monthly pet fee of $45/mo per pet. Read more about out pet policy here!
Resident Questions
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount and is due when written notice is submitted. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your property manager, as there could be unique circumstances.
Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

You may submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services. You may also call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message.
If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than two days, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.
Residents are allowed to use any internet provider they prefer. Xfinity is the most common cable and internet provider for the Wexford Village at Devonshire community.
There are no grills permitted inside your apartment home or on the patios and balconies. There is no grilling permitted on the porches or yards of the apartment homes.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to use the spare key set assigned to your apartment. You must leave your ID or a personal item of value (such as a phone) with the office staff until you return with the spare key set. If you are locked out after hours, you must call a locksmith.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours. Fees apply.

I have lived at Devonshire for about 7 months. My experiences have been great. I sold my house that I had been in for a very long time and have an apartment that is very spacious and wonderful; I travel some in my job and also personally. I feel very free as when I leave to go on a trip I feel if anything happens the management company will take care of it and keep me notified. That includes any maintenance issues I have had, which have been minor.The extras that come with living here are great

Management is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds fast when I’ve had to put in a work order. The area is really nice and well kept. The dog parks are kept up with and my dog loves them! It’s a great place for a first home.
